The LIVVO Koala Garden apartments are located 3km from the nearest beach.The famous white sand dunes and Maspalomas lighthouse are less than ten minutes drive away, and golf will find the links within a three-minute drive. Maspalomas Beach is five minutes from the hotel by car, while San Agustin beach can be reached in less than ten minutes.The spacious, air-conditioned studios and apartments have been recently refurbished in 2017 , and have a kitchen with cooker,microwave, fridge, kettle and kitchen utensils. There is a safety deposit box as well as a TV. Of the 20 studios that the complex has 16 have separate bedroom, therefore the client can receive any of the two options.The guests staying at LIVVO Koala Garden Apartments will not be able to use the facilities of the LIVVO Koala Garden Hotel except for reception, which will be the only shared service.The breakfast and dinner available at LIVVO Koala Garden Apartments is NOT buffet, it will be continental breakfast and dinner a la carte (starter, main course and dessert -drinks not included in the price-).The facilities within the complex will be 2 x adults pool , 2 childrens pools. billards and table tennis.Please note that some facilities may have a local charge.
