Our experienced, polite and welcoming staff coupled with the transparency of carefully chosen materials makes the hotel especially visitor-friendly and ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The quality of construction, use of modern materials together with glass and natural wood add to the warmth of the environment giving a homely, familiar tone to the visitor experience. Special emphasis has been placed on making the hotel as environmentally friendly as possible. Our carbon footprint has been kept to a minimum by careful use of thermal pumps, solar panels and the most energy-efficient electrical appliances. VRV multi-split cooling systems, led lighting and motion detectors are also employed.



Our goal is to provide high quality service and we are keen to invest in 'Sincere Advertising' by providing a full and honest description of available services and facilities. Accommodation available ranges from standard double rooms to 3-room suites of 60 sm suitable for up to 6 guests. All rooms offer modern facilities; comfortable double mattresses, pillow menu, Internet access, large bathrooms with hydro-massage showers, balconies, LCD TV's, kettle, mini-fridge and phones in both rooms and bathrooms.. Living rooms are spacious.



Special attention is paid in providing and maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.



Our hotel offers 27 rooms and suites, a gym, a small heated pool and a bar. In our restaurant 'Fat Snail', fresh, local Cretan produce is used from our own farms thus promoting the famous Cretan diet and cuisine.

The breakfast can be taken in a special Breakfast basket, if the guest ask it at the Reception the day before.
